Clear Communication and Project Tracking

Many problems that occur during the remodeling process happen because of poor communication or a misunderstanding about what was promised vs what was delivered. A good contractor needs to focus on more than just doing quality work. They must communicate and plan effectively to make sure the project runs smoothly and to ensure the homeowner is kept informed at all stages of the project.

We utilize industry specific project management software from BuilderTrend. This allows us to track, record and share all phases of the project with you from the inital estimate to the final punch list quickly and easily.

It also provides a construction schedule based on critical path planning that automatically adjusts if a change in schedule occurs either because of a delay in work or delivery of materials.

 Your Personal Project Website

For each project, we create a special project tracking web page for to stay up to date on the project. It’s part of our project management software from BuilderTrend. Remodeling Project Website

Itemized Estimates and Floor Plans

Sketchup Kitchen SliderEach of our itemized estimates includes a floor plan and 3D rendering of your project.

This helps to ensure that we are in agreement on the final design and what is included in the estimate. Our remodeling contracts lists all materials to be used and summarize installation procedures so you know exactly what to expect.

We also use a Good / Better / Best estimating system that gives you budget options for each selection so you can tailor the estimate to meet your budget and your project priorities.

Daily Progress Reports

In addition to the project website and online project management we also issue daily progress reports, in person if possible otherwise we will send an email or leave a note on the job site. Progress reports are also included on your project website.
