Our Estimate and Design Questionnaire
We have a very thorough estimate and design process, but we are always interested in hearing feedback on how we could improve.
The Weekly Check In
During the project, we send out a one question survey at the end of each week. The question simply asks you to rate how we are doing from 1 to 5 stars. Of course, if you answer anything less than 5 stars we will follow up to see what we can do better.
End of Project Feedback
At the end of your project, we will send you an 8 question survey to get your final thoughts and feedback.
