This approach to home design is called Universal Design. Universal design is the practice of designing a home so that works for people of all ages and abilities. The principles of universal design are well known and established but unfortunately many builders and remodeling do not put them into practice.

With us, every project starts with a home visit and showroom visit so we can create a detailed scope of work and Good Better Best budget. Once the budget is approved we typically schedule 3 to 5 design meetings before we are ready to order materials and set a firm start date.
