Our Project Management Process

A messy job site, gaps in work progress and communication errors are frustrating at best and can even lead to costly mistakes. Once your design is complete our project management team takes responsibility for the completion of your project and are experts and keeping things running smooth.

Project Management

Moving From Design To Production

Your project management team gets involved early in the design process, right after your second design meeting. We will review the scope of work with your designer and visit your home to confirm measurements and other details.

Pre-Production Planning

During the pre-construction process your designer still plays an important role but the project management team is now driving the process.

Ordering and Material Storage

All Materials are ordered in advance and stored our warehouse to avoid any unnecessary delays due to backorders or shipping damage.

Trade Agreements

Trade agreements are sent to each subcontractor outlining our expectation and confirming all the details of the project.

Pre Construction Meeting

A pre-construction meeting is scheduled at your home to review the project one last time and create a job site set up and protection plan.

During the Project

Our project manager is on site daily to make sure the job site is kept clean and organized, things are being built to plan and progress is made every day.

Dust Control

We take extra care to control jobsite dust and protect your home by using on site HEPA filters and specialized dust control barriers.

Job Site Organization

The job site is cleaned daily, all debris is removed and all materials and equipment are stored in our trailer.

Daily Reports and Calendar Updates

You’ll receive daily reports via email that describe what happened on site and what is planned for the next few days. It includes pictures of of the work in progress as well as notes on the progress. Your project manager will also make a point to speak to you at the end of each day.
