Ordering and Precontruction

Who orders all the materials?
When are the ordered?
Where are they stored?
Who applies for the permits?
What happens leading up to project start?

Timeline and Management

How detailed are your project schedules?
How often do your projects start and finish on time?
Will you be on site every day until completion?
What are common reasons for delays?
Is a project manager on site every day?

Job Site Management

How will you manage dust, debris, and site cleanliness?
How often is the jobiste cleaned and jobsite protection replaced/adjusted?
Where will materials be stored, and how many vehicles will be on site?
Do you provide daily updates so I know who to expect on site and at what time ?

Insurance, Warranty and Contracts
