Our projects generally range in cost from $85,000 – $250,000+. But every home and every wish list is different so every estimate includes ‘good-better-best’ options.
Our minimum project size is $45,000.
McManus Kitchen and Bath is a licensed remodeling contractor with an in-house design team and showroom. We mostly do gut renovations of kitchens, baths, whole home remodels and additions.
We are a great fit for homeowners in Tallahassee who want to invest in their home for the long term and want a turnkey, full service approach.
Our minimum project size is around $45,000 and every project goes through a 6-8 week design process. We generally don’t do partial remodels, handyman repairs or work on investment properties.
