Floor Tile Replace in Tallahassee

Project: Two Bathrooms – Replace Bathroom Floor Tile, install new toilets

Location: Huntington Woods, Tallahassee

Cost: $1600 for two bathrooms

Details:

A 3 day project to update the bathrooms in a 3/2 home in Huntington Woods. The homeowners wanted to replace the vinyl floors with tile and install new toilets in each bath. We removed the linoleum (two layers in each bath), prepped the concrete floors and installed new tile. Our plumber repaired a cracked toilet flange in the hall bath and replace the toilets in both the master bath and hall bath.

This was great way to quickly improve the two bathrooms and add value to the home. The homeowners are considering selling soon and this should help increase the homes value and help it sell quickly.
