What Makes McManus Different From Other Remodeling Contractors?
Most contractors primarily focus on construction and either do not help with design and material selecton or they outsource it to separate designers and shworooms
McManus Kitchen and Bath is a design build company that integrates a full service showroom, professional in house design and remodeling expertise into one streamlined service.
We turn complex remodels into clear, guided projects… with fixed pricing, daily updates, and one accountable team from design through construction.
Is McManus Kitchen and Bath more expensive than other contractors?

If those things are not priorites for you then yes, we would be a more expensive option compared to contractors who do not focus as much on those things.
How Long Does It Take To Get An Estimate?
About a week, depending on your schedule. We start with a home visit to get detailed measurements and discuss options.
Then a we schedule a meeting in our showroom about a week later to review 3D concept drawings and your ‘good-better-best’ budget.

When Can the Project Start?
We are typically scheduling new projects 4 – 6 months out.
The design process can start within a week or two of you approving your estimate and can take 6-8 weeks.
When design is complete we will order all of your materials. We do not like to start construction until all materials have arrived and been inspected.
Will My Home Be More Valuable?
Yes it will! It several ways.
History shows kitchen and bathroom remodels see about a 65% return on investment.
But other things to consider is the value of how much more you will enjoy your home….
For example, studies show that after a kitchen remodel people cook at home more, eat healthier and spend more time with family and friends.
Do all remodeling contractors provide design services?
No. In fact most provide no design assistance at all. Others outsource design or limit it to basic layouts.
McManus Kitchen and Bath includes professional design as part of the remodeling process.
Are all material selections made before construction starts?
With most contractors? No.
But when you work with McManus Kitchen and Bath, yes.
Cabinets, countertops, tile, fixtures, and layouts are finalized in design. Then we order everything and store it our warehouse before demolition to avoid any uncessary surprises or delays.
Why is pre-construction planning important in a remodel?
Pre-construction planning reduces delays, surprise costs, change orders, and decision fatigue once construction begins.
Do you provide a warranty?
Yes, because we take care of the entire process from design through construction we provide a 5 year warranty on labor and materials.
Other contractors will only warranty labor and only for a year.
How do I compare remodeling contractors properly?
Compare how much of the project is fully planned before construction begins—not just the price.
