At McManus, one team handles every step of your project. Our in-house designers and showroom staff work alongside our project managers and craftspeople from day one… not handed off to each other, but genuinely integrated.

The actual construction of a kitchen or bath can take 6 – 12 weeks. But if you include estimate, design and planning the whole process can take 3-4 months.
A typical remodeling timeline looks like this
The initial estimate. We start with a home visit, then invite you into our showroom a week later to review design and budget options
Design and planning. Work with our in house design team to finalize layout, storage, material selections and all the details of your project
Ordering & permits. We order all your materials in advance, inspect them and store them in our warehouse until needed on site.
Pre-construction meeting. Your project manager will meet in your home to review project set up, parking, dealing with pets etc…
Construction. Your project manager will be on site every day. Kitchen and bath projects can take 6-10 weeks. Whole remodels can take up to 3 months.
Warranty and follow up. We provide a 5 year warranty and check in annually to make sure everything is working as expected.
Big box stores carry materials to meet a price point, not for performance or longevity.
Our showroom has curated selections from boutique vendors and trusted brands that we’ve vetted for durability, appearance, and long-term value.
Most remodeling problems trace back to the same mistake: making design decisions and material selections during construction. We resolve all of that upfront. Every finish, every fixture, every dimension is decided during the design process.
Once selections are finalized, every material is ordered, inspected, labeled, and stored in our warehouse before construction starts. No waiting on back-ordered tile mid-project. No schedule held hostage by a delayed shipment.
All plans, budgets, schedules, and daily progress logs live in our project management software. And you have access to all of it. No wondering what’s happening at your house while you’re at work.
Not just checking in occasionally. Every day. They’re doing quality control walkthroughs and sending you a daily progress report so you always know where things stand.
Every project at McManus runs on this process. It’s not just a promise we make, it’s the system we’ve built. And it’s why our clients describe their remodel as the best experience.

Most of our clients do not. We take great care in making sure your home stays clean and organized during the project so it doesn’t feel like a construction zone. We’ll also send you a guide for how to prepare for your remodel about 3 weeks before project start.
We always start with a fixed price contract. In the event we discover a hidden condition we would create a change order. No additional work is done without an approved change order.
Demolition and early construction phases are usually the most disruptive. But the middle of the project can be the most stressful.
Our average project size across all projects is around $85,000. Small bathrooms start at around $45,000. Large kitchens can cost $150,000 or more.
The best way to understand the options and cost for your project is to schedule a design and budget consult. But if you just want some rough cost ranges for different size projects you can click the button below.

What you’ll get:

Our remodeling estimates aren't guesses or "good starting points." They're based on real material numbers and historic costs, and include a design consult in our showroom.
This is the right way to start: with a realistic budget and a clear remodeling plan.
